We prepare every box with care! Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment, and boxes ship through USPS or UPS. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Billing occurs automatically at the start of each month.

• Monthly plan: charged every month.
• 3-month plan: customer is charged every month for 3 months, then the cycle renews.
• 6-month plan: customer is charged every month for 6 months, then the cycle renews.

Because each Gym Buddy Box is built to order with limited-edition items,we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.If an item arrives damaged or missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right 💛.

We offer flexible month-to-month subscriptions, but:

• 3-month and 6-month plans are commitment plans and cannot be cancelled or refunded until the end of the term.
  After your commitment ends, you may cancel anytime before the next renewal.
  This policy allows us to reserve exclusive products and deliver consistent value throughout your plan.

No problem! You can update your shipping address in your customer portal before your next renewal date.
